Following Dacuments are Required For taking admission into Medical course in Maharashtra State (MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS / BPTh )

1-Admit card of NEET-UG-2024 Exam.

2- NEET-UG-2024 Exam. Mark Sheet

3- Examination Mark Sheet (10th)

4-Passing Certificate (10th) for Date of Birth

5-Examination Mark Sheet (12th)

6-Domicile Certificate 

7-Nationality certificate

( issued by District Magistrate/ Addl.District Magistrate ,Valid Indian Passport /School Leaving Certificate of HSC (12th Std.) indicating the nationality of the candidate as “Indian" written)

8-Aadhaar Card

9- Medical Fitness Certificate 

(as per Annex-H of State CET Cell Information Brochure of NEET-UG-2024)

1) Religious minority Certificate / T.C.

2)-Migration Certificate (if applicable)

3)-Educational Gap Certificate Self Affidavit (if applicable)

4)-Income Certificate from Tahsildar for the year 2024-25 (for those whose income is below 8 Lakhs)

5)-Caste Certificate issued by authority from within the State of Maharashtra

6)-Caste Validity Certificate

7)-Non-creamy Layer Certificate Valid up to 31st March, 2025

8)-Eligibility Certificate for EWS category 

9)-Certificates of Hilly Area Category
